The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently going to the Fernie two Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers towards the community.

SASSA will probably be rendering solutions for example new social grant applications, change of payment method, client treatment enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency explained it is actually alarmed with regards to the superior variety of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The purpose with the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to the superior amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This really is as a result of lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no completely functional office dedicated to service the area daily. The services issue produced for intervention activities a higher influx of potential beneficiaries, which makes it complicated for sassa your office to attend to all people who check out a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise much more assets to empower the servicing of all customers and boost entry to Social Assistance products and services,” the agency said.
